I'm not hurting for $40, but I'll be damned if you sell me a broken product and basically tell me to go kick rocks. Sells broken vapes. 1 hit, stops working. Then forces you to contact o pen for a replacement so they can get their $40 instead of taking care of the customer. Their denver location , the number on their website, says to just bring it in. Not north pueblo though. Jump through hoops, over $40. Never again. Don't trust strawberry fields. I've certainly learned my lesson.
