Absolutely horrible experience. My partner placed an online pick up order for 2 disposables. Once checking in an employee came out and brought us our bag, upon opening the bag we discovered only one of the two disposables were there. My partner then spoke to another employee that said they would look into it. around 10 - 15 minutes pass and once again, my partner speaks to another employee who says that the product was stolen and they are “looking at the cameras”. about another 10 minutes go by and the same employee is now saying they have on camera that both items were placed into the bag and essentially accused us of having it. We both exited the vehicle and showed the employee we had nothing. We would have not sat there for half an hour if we had the item all along. We did end up receiving a refund but our time was already wasted. The owners lack of training employees on due diligence has NOTHING to do with the customer not receiving what they paid for. Do not waste your time or money on this place. Do better.
