After this experience, I have now decided to permanently delete my Trulieve account and remove their app completely.
I have spent thousands of dollars supporting this company, just like many other hardworking patients and customers who keep the cannabis industry making millions every single day. Yet somewhere along the way, professionalism, urgency, customer service, and basic respect for paying patients seem to have disappeared.
People are not asking for special treatment — we are asking to be treated with common courtesy and respect after spending our hard-earned money. If companies are going to advertise online ordering, express pickup, and “patient care,” then they should actually operate with professionalism instead of acting like customers are an inconvenience once they walk through the door.
The cannabis community deserves better than being ignored, dismissed, or treated like our time and money mean nothing. If anyone else feels the same way about the declining professionalism and lack of respect in this industry, maybe it’s time consumers start speaking louder with their wallets.
