All the staff welcomes you and are professional. I placed an online order today. The website indicated they had Northern Hash Plant minis, I ordered two, and two other flowers. When I arrived they explained it was a mistake, everyone makes mistakes even websites. My patient consultant Heather was helpfull, as they did have Northern at the $33 price point, so I asked Heather if I could add one. Heather took her time to explain it was a lower THC level then others I was purchasing, Heather suggests another higher THC Flower and I was impressed she took the time to find one that was right for me
