Bait and Switch -- Do not recommend it.
They advertised a sale product. I purchased it for next-day pick-up. NP. I get confirmation that evening -- got the goods - discount applied. I left early the next morning-- I get to Maplewood and the Manager tells me that the promotion is no longer valid. -- I had to pick it up on the day I ordered it. WTF?
I asked him to explain to me how on a product that is on sale until Jan 30 (and sold me with a written confirmation) you can can just change the price when I am here in the store.
His answer .. was that it was in his right to change it and not honor any communications sent out to patients.
If that is not the definition of bait and swith nothing is.
I hope a couple of bad apples do not ruin the progress we have made in NJ in giving patients access to alternative therapies.
