Sticky Ypsi gave a whole new meaning to their name. My First negative review, but they worked hard for this. I wish I could give you guys No stars. On 4/20 I placed an online order, then waited for 3 hours with no response. Upon arrival the order still was not ready. A curbside guy finally brings out an order and it's for the vehicle next to me. 30 minutes later they bring out my order: supposedly 4 grams 4 strains. Instead they gave me two grams of two strains. Luckily I checked my order. 15 minutes later he comes back out and says the wait was because he had to update my info. I look in each container and one looks extremely short now, and another has 3 sticks and crumbs. I ask him if this is what took so long and he gets his manager. She comes out to ask fo my card because I'm not properly in the system. No apologies for the sub par product. 15 minutes later, She then offers 20% of a quarter next time I visit. So I should come back for a discounted quarter with more stems. You guys shouldn't be in this industry With management and service like this. Not only did you have sub par customer service, your product was also suspect: one gram under weight when I weighed it and the other had 3 sticks and crumbs in a gram. Your manager was unapologetic and tone deaf.
