Black Runtz had a strong pine-y, earthy flavor that stood out right away. The high was a slow creeper — it gave me a slight buzzed headache at first, that didn't really pass with the high. As someone with chronic pain, I was really impressed with how well it soothed my body (despite my headache), even though the warm sensation wasn’t my favorite. Overall, it’s a powerful, effective strain that I’d rate a 4.6 out of 5.

It creeps up gently, giving a full-bodied high that's not too overwhelming. It made me super talkative and social, but what made me like it was the clear-headed relief it gave my chronic stress and arthritis — no paranoia, no heavy drag. There's a subtle muscle-tingly sensation that shows up when you move, but it’s energizing, not couch-locking. I even felt like I could've gone for a jog or a casual basketball game (and I don’t usually play sports). Horchata is perfect for nighttime or slow, lazy days when you want to stay relaxed but still capable.
