Sean took care of me today, as usual i was indecisive and needed some nudging, Sean. Never fails to come through with solid suggestions

O.k so i don't do reviews, and i have zero presence on social media, so for me to go on a rant, has got to be an issue. You can not contact any Trulieve store, directly, only the 800 number, if and when they call you back, they have no idea what each individual store has, secondly, they do not know the percentages on certain products, like flower and rosin, shatter, and whatnot, these numbers tend to fluctuate wildly, with some strains i have purchased and upon repurchase have been disappointed. I know Fridays are busy so i placed a order of what i know are reliable products, Skywalker budd, Skywalker shatter, and Madarin Dreams Rosin. got my text, upon arrival had to wait over 20min. Am i being a baby? Meh, when i get in to see the young lady, (not gonna rip on her) i attempted to converse and check out my product, not BROWSEY , like a little old lady, just checking numbers and whatnot, at which time i was informed, quickly, ANY changes to my order would result in my order being cancelled, and i would be asked to return to the 'ahem' back of the walk in line, damn even had it in writing, like "bitch take what you ordered or F- off", At least that's how i was made to feel, no shit. They may have Good product, but Wesley Chapel is better i hope this isn't the norm, cause they are not the only game in town, My happy ass will not go back to Dale Mabery. (yup)

Everyone is always willing to help, even if it's to find a discount,selection could be a little better, but i haven't lacked for anything when i left.Been here several times now and not disappointed
