Ordered a few products and set my delivery time window and check out. Texted and payed via the link sent by text. Had to wait around for 3 hours past my delivery window waiting for my order. I was texted that the driver was 30/40min away and it still took another 1 1/2 hours before it was delivered. Once I opened my bag I checked my products and I was sold an item that was expired back in August. This has been the worst delivery I have ever experienced.

I purchased a "Pro Farms" cartridge and it broke on me after 1 use. I came in to exchange the product and the "bud tenders" knew there have been issues with "Pro Farms" cartridges breaking. I've been out of town and as soon as I arrived came to exchange the cartridge. I arrived 2 days after the return window, but they would not make an exception. They lack customer service & retention as I will no longer be shopping at any Haven location due to the lack of customer satisfaction.
