Tonight I went into Earthly for the first time in quite a while! I used to go there often cause the customer service WAS AMAZING! It’s no longer the level they used to have! Before you would come into earthly and a person would come out from the back office and around to where you were standing! They were nice! Asked questions, and just gave an overall amazing customer service experience! Tonight my fiancé and I went in. There was one person in the back office area, she came out and went and sat behind the computer, she sat there until my fiancé asked to look at some bud. She then came over and gave him what he asked for! Once he picked what he wanted she went back to the office to prepare our order! She went back to the register and proceeded to ring us up, she did mention she had to update his card in the computer and then said she did! Overall I just felt like we were a complete hassle and it felt like we just weren’t welcome to be there!
