I frequent your shop in Pittsfield Massachusetts and today was the first time I had a bad experience I bought a pre roll which was unsmokable and it was rolled very very poorly so poorly it was flopping at the end where it meets the filter also I showed the young women behind the counter exactly what I wanted and she gave me something different I get the same thing almost everytime I go there today was very very disappointing unfortunately because I love coming to this place !
