. Today wasn’t the best experience. And not the worst. Although minor; clearly showcased the employee didn’t care about what I had to say or my experience. I walked in, said how many points do I have. He said $5. I said I’d like to use it. At the end, I said, did you use it? It said, ooops nope. Sorry. Next time. I don’t come this way often. It’s out of the way. He couldn’t have cared less. Provided no solution. And looked at me and without the exact words said “sucks to suck” can’t do anything about it.
