The Greeter at the front entrance was vey kind, and very welcoming as i enter the Store everytime. Everyone was well kept and neat and very informative. Tokyo Smoke is extremely helpful and helped with any questions I had. Prices are a lil bit higher than other places but the customer service more than makes up for the prices, but their high rollers program always comes through clutch when I need it the most :)
