This was my second visit to 3Fifteen, but it’s been over a year since I last stopped by. Given their impressive selection on the website, I assumed the in-store experience would match. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The service I received this time was incredibly disappointing. I believe the manager, a young white woman (possibly named Chloe?), was very rude. Her attitude came off as condescending and borderline racist. She was short with us and her tone was far from welcoming. During my first visit, the staff were amazing — 2 guys, (who, ironically, i believe were also managers), were both super helpful and informative. They made my first experience great, which is why I brought my friend this time, hoping for the same level of service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. Both my friend and I ended up leaving without making a purchase. I won’t be returning.

I went today my favorite edibles bogo & a vape I saved rewards for today had 15 saved up didn't realize the taxes were the way they were I should have known anywho , I was $2 short I was going to take an item off but BRANDON my cashier , I feel seen the pain in my eyes and put it in out of his own pocket, I've never seen him in there before and I go there and only there my friends go everywhere else but I don't , he is the best that was the sweetest thing that he could have done not knowing me , HE DEFINITELY DESERVES EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Literally the worst I've ever experienced! Terrible customer service and racist! Do not shop here.
