420 Grand Central

Great selection, horrible service. Been going to this store since they opened, and I've NEVER been treated the way I was tonight. The person working the counter got all weird with me and copped an attitude because my ID was in one of those IR-blocking sleeves from the Dept of Licensing. There are too many other places to shop for me to allow them to toy with me. They just lost a long-time customer tonight.

I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.
