I have been a customer now for atleast 2 years at first I was not getting my points for rewards, but I was definitely satisfied once I reached out ,My only other issue is why are products being sold particularly Carts that expire in almost 45 days from the purchase date ,& so here I am with a disposable that doesn’t charge & stopped working it but the worst thing is simply this , if you close at 8pm or 2pm how bout sticking to the time you shut & lock the door is the time you close it’s very tricky but not so hard to do we as customers do not need to believe your open drive there etc just to get the nonsense of yeah we’re closed the last 30minutes is for employees so why not just put your closed

Medical patient here placed order they forgot to put all my products in bag went back to store where they had me wait 40 minutes cause the manager was busy. I will never return to this fucking dump again unless they fire that manager, screw u and l be going to Greenpoint one pissed off customer.

This is my go to dispensary. Flower is in sealed brand packaging and is not opened up, taken out & put into a bag which is hit or miss whether it'll weigh correctly or not. The wait time is literally under a minute, so i don't know why people are even mentioning that. It just sounds like people looking for shit to bitch about! I've been there a million times and never waited longer than 2 mins. It's clean and neat. Granted the bud tenders aren't exactly the most upbeat, polite, accomodating or professional. You do kind of always feel like they're upset you interrupted their discussion or whatever they're doing. Some much more than others and not all are this way either. So don't get me wrong. All around, It's my main stop. Extensive selection, new different deals every day, competitive reg. pricing, laid back & if you want something It's always in stock. At least in my experience that is of course.

I was impressed! Awesome staff and friendly atmosphere. I didn't catch my bud tender's name but he was cool. Happy Holidays!
