Apogee Gardens - Hamilton

Thank you so much for the love! We’re honored to be your go‑to dispensary in the Bitterroot. We appreciate you and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Hi Amy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with the disposable — we understand how frustrating that can be. While Montana law does not allow us to accept returns or exchanges of cannabis products, we always do our best to support customers by adding store credit to your account. When using that credit, you’re only responsible for the state‑mandated tax at checkout. We’ve recently been reviewing the hardware used in the current line of disposables and are already in communication with the manufacturer to address these issues. We also have signage throughout the store asking customers to let our staff know right away if a product isn’t functioning properly so we can apply credit promptly. We truly appreciate your recent Google review as well — your kind words about our team and service mean a lot to us, and we want your experience to be positive every time. Please feel free to reach out to info@apogeegardens.com to discuss this matter further. We hope to see you back.

Thank you so much for the amazing feedback! We truly care about our products and put a lot of love into them! See you again soon!!!
