Best Buds Dispensary - Dover

I love the staff and the selection of items they carry. It just gets better with each visit. Staff is so friendly and helpful!

The store is great, but I have been a customer for over a year, when I go on leafy to place order it constantly asking me for my info, which I marked the box so I didn't have to re-put all my stuff back in every time. Is there a problem with the site? But otherwise best buds in dover are wonderful,

They seem to run out of product pretty quickly and not much of a selection towards the end of the week as far as flower goes

All of the staff is amazing. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable on what they offer. I just got my card, so I don't know what is good or not. I ask my "Bud-Tender's" opinion, based on my desired effect. I have not been disappointed. Everything I have gotten has been great!!!

My first time there yesterday and the service was more than I expected. Friendly staff who greeted right away and made me feel welcome. Security guard even opened the door for me. Happy customer :)

I always have a positive experience at Bestbuds including the security folks. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

As we arrived at Best Buds, the Security Guard came out and offered to bring a wheelchair out for my husband. That was very kind of him because my husband often struggles to walk. We had pre- ordered so my husband went in to get his order. All was available and he was helped to get another item by the person inside who was helping him. Everyone we encountered at Best Buds today was kind, helpful and gave us good information about the different items for purchase in the future. It was a very good experience!

In my experience, Best Buds in Dover, DE has been the only place to help me out as a patient. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is so personable with us patients. Thank you for all you! P.S Please keep the "cheese" cartridges in stock. Those are my favorite!

Best Customer Service

The attendants should keep in mind that this is a medical facility. From the time you enter the facility, you should be treated with compassion. The security guard should also be trained the same way I should not leave a medical facility feeling upset, or worse than when I entered. Not quite sure if I will be returning.

My 2pk turned out to be a 1pk when I arrived home and opened it , but bestbuds was quick and extremely helpful to provide a remedy for my situation.

Love the atmosphere here! From the first time I step into the place, nothing but good vibes from everyone there. Everyone is so helpful if you have questions. The front desk girls are cheerful and always have a smile, the back staff are welcoming and accommodating. You just can’t go wrong here.

Can't say enough about how welcomed you will feel upon walking in the door and out. Friendly atmosphere and great bud tenders. I will keep going back.

5 stars all the way! Plenty of parking, the facility is well lit and staffed. The staff is very knowledgeable, personable and professional and they have a great attitude. Just great staff from the entrance thru the checkout process, very attentive, I cannot say enough about the great service. Items are displayed well for shopping, Plentiful inventory, my order was very quickly and more importantly correct and at a great price. Their location in Dover is very conveniently located on 13 and patients don't have to drive far. Thanks for the great service.

I thought I was blessed to get my card a few years ago…then this place opened and now my rough weeks are a bit brighter with these amazing people. I’m thankful for all of them. Budtenders? Oh no..,get these people a tip jar bc they’re my new “bartenders” lol they listen and engage and make me laugh. They all have hearts of gold. -your fav gummy girl

This wasn't my 1st time there I've actually been there a few and the prices as well as products are pretty decent.
