I’m extremely disappointed, I’ve been a big buds regular since I moved to Oklahoma a few years ago, and loved it. Wonderful budtenders, cool vibes. The last few times Ive been in, it’s been so different. The last time I was in, I was so anxious after my purchase that I misplaced my id and my medical card, (my own fault), however I’ve tried calling the store repeatedly for a few days trying to see if I had left it there, no answers. I went to the store 3 days in a row trying to see if they had found it or I left it on the counter. I still haven’t gotten a yes it’s here or no it’s not, even with leaving my number for the manager. I won’t be shopping here anymore. Okay deals, terrible customer service.

I absolutely love this place in Chandler, as I am searching for caramel candies, suckers, concentrates, and quality flower with many popular strains to choose from available each time I enter the premises. Only downside is that they don't normally answer the telephone if you happen to have a question prior to arrival.

Came in today on my birthday, but apparently I told the budtender a few seconds too late, so I couldn’t get my discount, which would have made a significant difference. No recourse whatsoever. I had been saving up my points, but decided to just cash them in today on a separate purchase, which wasn’t even worth it, because I won’t be back. Definitely disappointed!
