BLOC Dispensary - Somerset

I've been going to Bloc for over two years now. I read reviews of other dispensaries saying how exciting, thrilling, and uplifting their experiences were. That's all very nice. Rainbows and balloons. Bloc's got great deals and specials, a huge inventory, fast and friendly service, and plenty of free parking. No rainbows no balloons. By the way, I am a seventy five year old Army veteran, and I really appreciate the generous discount they give to all vets. Anthony M

I have been in the NJ Medical Marijuana Program since 2015 and have visited Harmony, Curaleaf, Zenleaf, AYR/Garden State, Breakwater, Apothecarium, Valley Wellness, Earth And Ivy, and BLOC comes in number one. First and foremost, the managers, in particular Sam and all of the staff including the budtenders including Tyler and the sign in staff and security guards are to be commended for their professionalism. I witnessed a recreational customer pounding on the door due to a delayed opening and when he began banging on the door I thought he was going to break it. The security guard then unlocked the door which was 20 minutes after the scheduled opening time. He admonished the Indvidual for being so forceful and then alerted him to the fact that he did not read the sign which stated recreation had a one hour later access and still had 30 more minutes to wait! BLOC has the largest selection with super high THC flower and pre-rolls up to total THC at 40%. They open at 7 while others open at 8, 9 and 10. The senior discount is 15% and loyalty points can be stacked with discounts and the local sales tax is only 1% covered by the loyalty points. There are dispensaries' popping up all over the place with the typical first-time buyer incentives and there will be one 2 miles from my home which is 4 miles closer than BLOC however it's going to be hard for them to win my business. Few suppliers come in number one in quailty, price and service. BLOC delivers. I am waiting for home delivery!!!! Mission is to lobby for lower prices, real edibles, more product selection, more dispensaries and home delivery.

My experience was amazing!!! love it here, goodbye ayr woodbridge, welcome Bloc!!!! Im willing to drive the extra 9 minutes to save time waiting on line. At bloc ,im in and out. Cant say that about any other spot. And all their employees are so kind and professional. Thanx all!!! see u in a few hrs!!!

Great place great staff they just need to keep up with demand for recreational users. I am sure in time this won't be an issue but as of late it has been a struggle at times
