Do NOT go here… this place is a cash grab with only a handful of decent employees. Prices are higher here, promotions are fake and prices often go up to hide the fake promos. They rarely have anything decent in stock and it’s just more of a trashy Appalachian feel compared to any other dispensary in central Ohio. Don’t get me started on the awful line management.. plan on an hour wait even if you’re medical unless you want to come at 8am!!!! Lolz Management does not care about patients that have real medical needs. They basically gave a f you to all medical patients by making you wait behind all the recreational people. They also raised all prices leading up to rec sales and their discount for veterans is fake (you can’t stack with promotions and everything’s usually 25-30% off most days anyways completely nullifying any discount for veterans. Simply put this is the most unprofessionally run, trashy dispensary in southern Ohio, which on the west side of Columbus what can you expect? Get better service and better value somewhere else! Never coming back here after 3 years steady…

Terrible Service and poor quality products. Some products were so dry it turned to powder in the grinder. Pushing old product at higher prices. SMH

Been using bloom for a few years now. Today I made a purchase for 28g of flower to get home and weigh it and it was 15g. Bloom said there is nothing they will do. So I'm out money. Product and 10 days. They will sell you products yet don't stand behind it. Absurd!

Lobby staff including security is horrible rude and not professional. Long wait times even when you have placed an online express order. Be prepared to be approached by people wanting weed hand outs money or to smoke with you bunch of bums hang out there be careful at night scary for single disabled woman. Definitely not a medical provider.......nor could the staff care less they are all hipsters wanna bees ..........and seem to be high. Horrible experience

This used to be my fave place but the employees have gotten rude. The front desk personnel are the worst. No hello, thanks for coming in or nothing.

This was my first dispensery I have ever been too. It was recommended to me by a friend. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! One gentleman in particular whom I seem to get 2/3 times is my favorite "bud-tender"! He is a tall younger black man who is always so upbeat and personable! He always has great recommendations and reviews of products on top of your basic stats and such. As a whole, the dispensery makes it a very easy process and I highly recommend this place!!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is generally ok, but they have some serious issues to address. If you are able to get there during the day, you’re probably going to be ok. If you’re like me and work until 6, and have to drive 30 minutes to get there, you’re screwed. State law prohibits them from having a transaction after 7pm. The issue is that they lock the doors between 6:30-6:45 “depending on the line”. Why they don’t simply change their hours to 6:30 is beyond me. At the very least they should advertise this on the website so as to not waste people’s time. When I called from the locked front door, it rang a dozen times before someone answered the phone and only said “we’re closed”. I realize they don’t need to have good customer service because there’s not enough competition for them to have to earn your business, but this is ridiculous.

The only place I go to!

First off, SUPER Professional!!! Very informative and very accurate with information they give you. A huge variety! I like to try stuff out, and this place will have what you're looking for! Everything I've tried has worked, I've had 0 pain, I sleep better, I concentrate more. And prices are right on the money! I'll definitely be back!
