Budr Cannabis - Danbury

I went there to pick up my order. I had not ordered bud because they didn't list the turpins. I asked the guy at the desk could he look up the turpins. He said with an attitude that the dispensary wasn't responsible for listing turpins. I told him you sell pot you should list turpins. The conversation went bad. I told him go screw yourself. He called the police and had me escorted out. Very embarrassing. They banned me from the dispensary. Since it opened I have spent 200 dollars a week. I guess another dispensary will appreciate my business. Some of the staff rude and don't know a thing about customer service. I wish I had the phone number of management.

I credit this place for helping me finally start growing for myself. They went from a chill atmosphere with knowledgeable helpful staff and decent product to feeling like a 7-11 in both quality of service and product. They for sure chose profits from recreational over quality medicinal herb.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They went as far to show me how to find different items whenever I go in. I definitely will shop here from now on.

Have been going here for over a year but will no longer be going due to the new staff that they have they're entitled rude and all around just very condescending. Not only that the prices are outrageous and for only about 45 minutes more of driving you can be in Massachusetts where the product is higher quality and 75 to 80% cheaper than here.
