AMBER – Shockoe Glow (Live Rosin Cartridge) Shockoe Glow is a smooth, body-focused live rosin cart that really shines when it comes to physical comfort and overall feel, without messing with your head. Onset & Overall Feel: The effects don’t hit all at once — it comes on gradually. Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. Mood & Desire: There was a light, natural increase in desire, especially with visual stimulation, but nothing overwhelming. It felt more like being open and receptive rather than suddenly feeling wired or distracted. Everything stayed very manageable and smooth. Dosing Notes: I started with one 4-second pull around 3.7–3.8V, then later added a very small 1-second pull to dial it in. That second hit helped push the physical effects right where I wanted them without overdoing it. Downsides: Very mild dry mouth, but that was about it. No anxiety, no racing thoughts, and no couch-lock. If anything, the first pull felt just a little under my ideal dose, but it was easy to adjust. Final Thoughts: Shockoe Glow is a great option if you want strong body relaxation, better physical sensitivity, and a clear, calm head. It’s not flashy or overpowering — it just quietly puts you in a really comfortable place.

I am so thrilled with the Williamsburg store. I started at Portsmouth and have been to Hampton once. Williamsburg is chill, the staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish there were more old school selections. It seems there is always sweet. All in all it is my favorite store with great people.

I recently got a medical marijuana card, and one of the first things I did with it was visit the Cannabist. I was very impressed. It has a wide selection of wares, from flower to edibles and all kinds of other interesting things. The budtender (is that the proper term here?) was knowledgeable and patient. My only criticism are the prices. They are higher than what I am used to paying on the black market, though the quality of their products does sort of make up for that. Plus, the potency of the strains I bought is so high that taking more than a couple of bong hits at a time is out of the question, for me at least.

I am very disappointed with this store and several employees. The first two who waited on me were great. However, when I got home, I discovered that the product I bought only has three more months of shelf life. I bought two jars of salve so that I wouldn't run out only to find out that it will lose its potency in three months. I called and asked for salve that wouldn't expire so soon and was told that I bought it, I keep it. Nothing they can do about it. What a ripoff. Three months of shelf life left. In my opinion, I should have received salve with at least a year shelf life. I can't help if they only have old products. I don't know who to report them to, but I am disgusted with their customer service. I sure would not have bought two jars if I had known it was ready to expire. The man I talked with said if I got something from a drug store they wouldn't have refunded my product or exchanged it. Again, an incorrect statement. You'd better bet I wouldn't have to keep old prescriptions from a drug store. I hope this product works and I hope I can get current products in the future.

The employees are wonderful very helpful with which medication suits my needs at that time the atmosphere is very wonderful prices are great.

at the end of the day it's only for medical recipients still but staff is nice, helpful, and there's good quality stuff. prices are starting to become more affordable as well

Haven't actually been there. So I will give it 2 stars at least. As much as they charge for their products the actual store must be fantastic. This place is way over priced. These are big pharma prices. The whole point is CHEAPER & HEALTHIER ways to deal with issues one might be dealing with. Not hit them right in the wallet with greedy ambition. Affordable health care is not on the agenda here.

Each strain I have purchased has been beyond expectation. Great quality, great highs, great relaxation solution. Take it easy and puff this............

I never got in because apparently Cannabist has 2 different systems to where you have to register for both? The inconvenience pushed me to Richmond where I registered first. I’m not waiting 10 or 15 minutes to get into a Cannabist store when I’ve already registered once. Need to fix this .
