Poor customer service when it comes to actual issues with the weed the last 2 times I've been there I've found hair INBEDDED in the weed buds and when talk to management they have no concern let alone help you with replacing the contaminated strain I've got a batch of shake as well as top shelf flower with hair inbedded the buds that's not necessarily the dispensary fault however whoever is testing or checking out the product before putting it on the floor isn't doing a very good job and they don't even care enough to take the strain off the shelves when the issues is raised within the appropriate amount of time for returns unprofessional as well as unhelpful once you spend money there
