Ive omly been shopping here for a little over a month now but it is definately my new go 2 shop for Meds! Manager, his sweet Mother, and the whole Staff are super cool and always willing to help. Happy 1st Year Anniversary Cloud 9!!

Listen y’all!!! Whatever you have heard about Cloud 9 is right. The customer service IS fantastic, the product selection IS insane, and the overall atmosphere IS a straight 10/10. Everyone was so laid back while still professional and knowledgeable. Jot chats to you like he’s known you for years and makes the atmosphere so welcoming and Kelsey is a sweet, friendly, and welcoming face!! Can’t wait to come back already!! :)

I love this store I’m always going to it on the weekends. Clean , neat and organized place. The people who work here are real nice and take their time with you. They don’t rush you in and out the store. If you have questions they will help you. If you have a chance make sure you stop by.

Just wanted to say been coming here for a while and it's the place for price, selection, quality, and quantity. But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. There is a big place in my heart for these people without them I would not be able to afford my medicine and I'm seriously disabled it's people like Joe and his mom that keep me believing life still has meaning thank yall for what you do. I love everything about Cloud 9 From the time you walk in. Kelsey is very welcoming. Jot is very courteous. They will educate you and answer any questions you may have. They have deals always but most of all they have the best customer service and lots of different products. 10/10

the whole crew !from the sweet lady that checks you in to the young man that i guess is the owner mng to the young ladies that work there , i cant recall and kinda of issue , gotta be the number 1 dispensary in the state ! i guess the stars stop at 5 but probably a 6 in all the ways they run their business , i met the father i guess of all this , he seems super nice , you must visit to understand
