This store in BRANDON IS THE WORST!!! Order never ready and delivery never go out .

The only reason I go there is the for the discounts and the quality if ok however I’ve had multiple issues here. I’ve had cartridges with just a drop in them. I recently qualified for a free battery and cartridge however I didn’t get one because they said they were out. I wasn’t offered anything to compensate. I was just told my mindset was all wrong. This place comes in a zero stars when it comes to customer service and for false advertisement. Is there any oversight or upper management monitoring this location?

was a little scared calling my first time asking for delivery. simple, safe, no worries.

stopped in here because they were having a terrific 40% off promotion and who can say no to that boy was I glad I did the customer service was awesome its super laid back and friendly it really made the experience less anxious for me thank you curaleaf

FIRST TIME VISIT ALERT!!!!! Very Different from other Dispensaries. Comfortable atmosphere, no waiting. The person that helped me her name was Frankie. She took the time to explain the full product line and answered any questions I had. They have an excellent first time customer discount unlike any other dispensary. Do yourself a favor and go checkout Curaleaf Brandon.  Did I mention Frankie was AWESOME!!!!! hope her BOSS SEES THIS.

The customer service here is above and beyond. Robert remembered me after speaking to me once, and called me to take care of my order personally! I really appreciate the proactive approach to helping me as a patient. Thank you!

I came in to grab some shatter on the 30th. Lucked out & they had a 30% sale going on. Brought my purchase down to $42/g! I also used quickly earned loyalty points to pick up another gram at only $2! Premium, knowledgeable, bud tenders & a great experience all together. I met Christy, she was absolutely phenomenal with my customer experience & making the experience a memorable one. I tried the Fruit Bomba, Afghani, and my new FAV is citrus farmer. So smooth. Such a step up from vaping... when it’s not working for you any longer, maybe try shatter. It took me a few times but so thankful I made the switch! So happy to have one in Brandon!

They gave me a birthday discount which was awesome! So far all of the cartridges I’ve tried are fantastic, the 10mg capsules help me sleep SO much better. The staff here is really friendly, funny and knowledgeable. You can tell they care a lot about the industry and customer service.
