Worst experience ever, not just in a dispensary, but probably in any retail environment, in my entire life. John, the security guard called me an asshole after I told him politely, he should work on his customer service skills. Making sure that I heard him correctly. I asked him again, which he then responded again calling me an asshole. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect, especially seeing that I’m a member of DRH, and was actually wearing my MJBIZCON badge. To treat anyone, much less a badge holder, with such disrespect and contempt is unacceptable. This is harassment, plain and simple and John should be fired immediately. DRH has lost my (substantial) business.

We apologize for your experience at our dispensary. As we discussed over the phone, we have resolved the issue with the employee in question and have taken steps to ensure this won't happen again. Very iffy place … I wouldn’t recommend it to a REAL flower smoker !
