Every time I go there is a great experience. The staff is great. Paul waited on me today and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with the product. Ethos always has the best in all categories mainly due to their outstanding staff

My name is Jeff. I frequent Ethos in Wilkes-Barre with my dog River several times a week. I personally suffer from both physical and mental health conditions that make daily life really difficult. While the entire staff is absolutely wonderful, I would like to personally thank Kyle for going above and beyond her role at Ethos. Kyle has helped me through the hardest of times with her advice and compassion. I am so incredibly greatful for meeting this lovely person and for her help. I'm sorry, but this women has changed my life and provided hope where all was lost. Thank you Kyle, and all the staff at Ethos for providing myself and River a better life. I have always been helped to the best extent by each employee that’s taken care of me. Including if they didn’t know an answer they would go and get one for me. I have multiple mental health conditions and multiple medications I am on for them. Every staff member I have ever interacted with has gone beyond my expectations to help me and make sure I understand exactly what is happening. I also have a family member with extreme physical pain and they are not a patient however when I inquired and expressed that I was looking for help, they worked with me to give me a lot of information I could give to my family member including hand outs and written notes and explanations. Best employees, very knowledgeable and helpful

I placed an online order for an RSO that was similar to the one i previously purchased as it worked very well but they didnt have the same strain. I went to get my purchase and at the end of the transaction i asked the budtender helping me, her name was Sarah, if i could be added to a call list for the product i previously used as it was very helpful. She asked me the product and it turned out they had it in store it just had not been updated on the online menu yet. She was able to return the purchase i just made and exchange it for the one i really wanted. That made my whole day! Im so glad i spoke up and even more glad Sarah was kind enough to look the product up and process the exchange. Love Ethos and will remain a customer.

This lovely lady sammy D told me to give my feedback about the float cart i tried for the first time. (Hans solo burger x northfire cookies ) & I actually am really enjoying it. I have a very sensitive stomach so im picky with anything I order. The entire staff are really great to me everytime I come!

Saturday was my first time here and I must say from the moment I walked in I felt like I was apart of the family. Sam was in charge of taking care of me and the knowledge she had was incredible. I was having a hard time sleeping/real bad body aches was recommended some things and even lotion (which I never knew about) and I feel alot better. I can now take my dog on long walks and clean the kitchen all in the same day lol and then at night I'm asleep within minutes from the products I had bought. I will never go anywhere else !!! Keep up the great work and the fantastic vibes

Atmosphere is always inviting,uplifting,bright and carefree.Service is always spot on from the moment you enter and through your whole interaction with each service member from the pharmacist right through to your bud tenders each one just as kind and helpful as the next and compassionate on what it is that you need to help you feel better on the Ethos WB team. Each team member again from the pharmacist to your bud tenders is knowledgeable, helpful and informative on all products/and uses, medications and which may help better for each patient whom comes in. Quality over all is just wonderful have not one complaint. Customer Service very pleasant and inviting and makes me what to continue to keep coming back. The Best Dispensary in the WB area when it comes to deals, stock, and always keeping patients informed of upcoming events and specials that are going on. This place was so amazing… I was not a marijuana smoker at all before coming here… And was very apprehensive about the whole experience… And then I met the pharmacist who really spent such a long time working with me and explaining things to me in a way I had never even thought was possible about medical marijuana… I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested or curious about the benefits of medical marijuana… It really can help people in so many ways and after learning about everything from the pharmacist I am convinced that marijuana has gotten a bad reputation because big Pharma has tried to tell us how bad it is for you… When in fact it’s probably better for you than many prescription drugs… I have never been to a place prior who took such care in their customers and wanted to do right by them… I absolutely love this place and will not be shopping anywhere else

Had a friend recommend me and I’ve been coming here ever since. My only choice as far as dispensaries go. Everyone is always friendly, mature and polite.

I was very hesitant to use marijuanna for migraines because i had no knowledge of what to pick or how to use it. Every staff member is incredibly patient & helpful (i have been helped by at least 8 diff people to date) & the pharmacists were very knowledgable, know me by name & ask what works/helps my conditions each time we change dose or type. I have been migraine med-free for almost a year now after 22 yrs of daily migraines! I cannot recommend & applaud Ethos enough!!!

Lines have been crazy lately but big man up the front working the doors always has me cracking up so it isnt that bad . Service on the inside was also great I will definitely keep coming here!

Ethos is the only place I shop at in Northeast PA. The folks who work there are kind, understand my needs and are a wealth of knowledge. The atmosphere is light, even if they are crazy busy. The line always moves quickly. Their selection is reasonably priced, which is a miracle in this area. I love ethos!

Robyn was my budtender and was extremely nice and helpful. Everyone that works there is so polite. They are very fast and helpful if I have any questions. They also have better specials than any store I've been to in the Luzerne County area.

This is by far one of the best places to go in the area. The person at front desk, pharmacist & budtenders are Very Knowledgeable , friendly, & professional. I had a very good phone consultation with a pharmacist there.. They answered all my questions as well as helped educate me about alot of things I wasn't aware of about mm. From the time you walk in- until you ring out with a 20% discount (if you qualify) one of the highest in the area. Check them out!

Best dispensary in the area with some of the best people I’ve ever met. I personally have a hard time picking a favorite, but I love, love, love Paige & Loki. Not only is Loki adorable, but Paige is extremely knowledgeable and a heck of a nice person!

Best dispensary in Wilkes barre/PA. I love the flower bundles. They are best deal in town. Let’s not forget *kasi*rocks. She welcomes you with a smile and is quick and made me laugh. Can’t ask for more.

Ethos is the best dispensary I have ever been to! Between the outstanding amount of knowledge and the amazing customer service they consistently provide from the minute you open the door is the reason I won't go anywhere else. This is the only dispensary I go to in the area because the service is so great! Every single person on staff is so knowledgeable and accommodating. I love the energy and the online ordering setup that keeps all inventory up to date is so effective and well thought out. Im really impressed and I look forward to coming back!
