I've been going to this location since it first open under another name. I can tell you that the people here on top of the line always have a smile on their face and always going above and beyond to help you. Especially Paul D.Thanks for showing me Cantaloupe Haze

The only complaint is a system malfunction. Other than that everything was perfect

I sent a friend to get a package for me and seen there loyalty is different. My friend came in and out the store 5times They ripped him out 20$ faked him with "senior discount"and lack of help. He said the "Manager was high" and sent him out with some mid-grade strain that's unknown not competition. Poor service. For the next couple months I'm going somewhere better !

Ordered Missouri Own Paw Paw since Greenlight’s website noted that they had them in stock ordered two, drove out from St Charles to Berkeley and was told they didn’t have them in stock, Total disappointment for my fiancés birthday, thanks Gteenlight.

Been going to GL for about a year now and find it to be a great customer service experience. Very friendly people work there, and they have a loyalty rewards program and run lots of specials and free give aways that helps to save some money. As for the quality of the products, I can only speak for what I have purchased there, and I focus on finding the best deals, so I have not spent big bucks to find the very best they have but from what I have seen I'd say their low-end menu items are of decent quality and do the trick, but have run into some faulty clearance carts/pens/disposables. I assume the more you spend the better the product like any business, you get what you pay for.

They have the drive thru open till 12 and was in line by 11:50 and said I was to late

There are so many wonderful things to say about Greenlight but I should start with my favorite part: the employees! I’ve always had such a wonderful experience each & every time I’m there, which is often! Jessica, Tyler, Brian, Josh & Charlie (probably leaving some people out but they are great too) are always so welcoming, helpful, informative, fun & take a personal interest & approach to helping me make a the best decisions when it comes to buying weed. I truly feel like they are looking out of my best interests & not trying to just make a quick sale. I’ve never been disappointed with one of my purchases, the products are always a 10/10. Not to mention, they always have new & exciting stuff to try. It’s important to me to feel comfortable when shopping & I always feel at home, I truly appreciate every experience Ive had at Greenlight! If you haven’t been here yet, you are missing out!
