Throw an hour to pick up my online order that they said they had in stock and they didn't have the main things that I needed wasted my time would not supplement it with another product of equal value horrible experience

Yesterday I went to my local Fluent for the first time and received wonderful service from Lex. She was very knowledgeable, gave great recommendations and was very sweet. The atmosphere and ambiance here is wonderful! Everyone was friendly from walking-in to walking-out of the building. You guys have a returning customer! 😃 Very festive as well.

This was my first visit to a Fluent dispensary and I was SO shocked and pleasantly surprised with the attention and care showed towards my symptoms. Alex checked me out, suggested the right strain, and is a perfect example of great customer service. Definitely my new regular dispensary.

Love FLUENT! It’s a whole vibe coming in there. Everyone’s always helpful and friendly specially John S and The girl with the dreads/braids and pretty smile. I love it here so much. Good product, and knowledgeable staff. What more can you ask for? Plus there’s always a deal going on and you get locality points. Uhhh. Go now!

The atmosphere from the moment I walk in is always fantastic, such a positive vibe from the staff. They treat me with respect and seem as though they genuinely care about the well being of people, rather than just trying to sell products. They listen to my ailments and try their best to pick the product that will work for me. Also, the flower quality is becoming increasingly and increasingly better. Kudos to them for attempting to grow and get better rather than stay stagnant like some of these other places.

Fully love the vibe from the place. My most recent visit was the best. Caitlin made sure to go above and beyond in recommending products and did the best she could to answer all of my questions. Main reason I come back here is for the customer service, all the other places just seem to hate their jobs and seem so negative.

I visited this dispensary location about a handful of times. All of the visits expect the last one went well. Immediately entering the dispensary the atmosphere and energy were off not like the times before, I checked in and went to the back to complete my order where the budtender held a list of my prescription / quantity dose up on a clipboard well enough for the the other customers to see (the two register counters weren't far apart) I quickly ordered and he got my items. Upon checking out he didn't ask if I wanted to use rewards or if I wanted to use any of my discounts that I had. I thought it was odd but I paid the total (260) and left the dispensary. I always check my items after leaving because this location is an hour from home and I didn't want to get all the way home and something be wrong with the items. I sat in my car for about 20 minutes and the security that they have hired (2nd party) comes to my car and proceeds to tell me I have to leave the dispensary after buying I couldn't sit and "smoke" my things in their parking lot. I told him I wasn't smoking and that I was leaving and wouldn't return! It was a hell of a visit. And I'm not going back.

I am relatively new to having my mmj card. I’ve only been to three dispensaries and was kinda shook to try Fluent because of how they name their products... When MUV didn’t satisfy my buying power, Saturday, I went and tried Fluent. My budtender made certain I understood all the Fluent names and what they meant. It was a short but nice process and I LOVE when my tender actually has a personality and talks to me! This lil young guy was AWESOME!! I came away with a 1/4 of flower and 4 new concentrate carts, which I LOVE!! Fluent is awesome and should be used more!!
