Fluent - New Port Richey

First time, I ordered over the phone, went to pick up and noticed they gave me the stuff i ordered but gave me one that had a much lower thc than what i ordered. When i went back in they saw that they made the error in the store when they picked the product. No problem except it takes forever because they have to take everything you ordered and re-ring it all back up. 2nd time I ordered also over the phone and before i left i checked my bag and same thing, this time im mad. When i got home some guy called and said that it was the people i called to order it on the phone were putting it in the system wrong. I told the guy the store took responsibility the first time for the order for the error. He who wasn't there the first time said well my call center is taking the blame they admitted to it so you can have 10% off whatever you want in the store. Bottom line the flower was good but watch oyt for this store doing a bait and switch plus thir 4.5 grams on all 4 orders of the flower weight only came to 3 grams not the 3.5 that they claimed to sell. I think i'll stay with Jungle boys no switches and the weight is always spot on.

low quality, staff is nice not fluent

Krystal k was amazing ! She helped me and made me feel totally comfortable ! I was a newbie and super nervous she made the experience awesome and stress free! I would recommend fluent because of the great experience she ensured and she was very very knowledgeable ! Awesome place!

Kristina was incredibly helpful with all of my questions that I had about the different kinds of flower available. Being a new patient can be a bit overwhelming, and she really helped alleviate the stress and guess work of picking the right strain. I am happy to say that the flower I got was amazing! And I will be shopping here all the time

This is 100% my favorite local place. Everyone’s very nice and welcoming and I haven’t had a product from here I didn’t enjoy. The MOODS line is awesome and definitely recommend the Kingdom Dreams.

So I went to Fluent (New Port Richey, FL) for my first time 2 days ago on Wednesday. I prefer Trulieve but I figured I would give y’all a try cause I like variety. I purchased a 1/8 of whole flower called Lenin (gorilla cookies). I would advise everyone to not buy this. It looks and smells like dirt. Also the oil cartridge I purchased doesn’t work very well. Have to suck on it until my veins pop out of my forehead to get any smoke out of it. I went to bring this to their attention today and basically I’ll leave it short....I FOR SURE WILL NOT BE SMOKING ANYTHING ELSE FROM FLUENT and everyone I know won’t either. TRASH!!! I have to say the place looked nice and the girl (Toni) was nice when I came in the first time. But today when I came back with an issue they treated me like an idiot and offered for me to buy more product. Indoor medical marijuana should be held to a certain standard. If you advertise it to be something then it should be that way. I hope I just had a bad experience and this isn’t the way y’all do business. For the owners sake cause he probably isn’t aware of your customer being treated like I was. Good luck!!

Toni was AMAZING! The whole experience was so awesome! I 1000% recommend this dispensary! Being my first time ever shopping in a dispensary, I was a little nervous and unsure. Toni was knowledgeable and helpful! She helped me find the exact right medication for me! I can’t speak highly enough of the service! I will definitely be back!! Thank You Fluent!!

My wife recently was prescribed Medical Marijuana. Being the first time into a medical dispensary was taboo for her. Michelle welcomed my wife and me with arms wide open. She listened to my wife’s problems and health issues before making any recommendations to my wife. Michelle’s recommendations were spot on for my wife. Needless to say, as my wife explores Marijuana and the various dispensaries, she gauges what she buys based off of Michelle’s recommendations and prefers to go to see Michelle at this Fluent location.
