From The Earth Dispensary State Line

This was my 3rd time visiting here. The first time I went in they couldn’t scan my med card, and I was told I couldn’t use it, and would have to email a copy of it next time I came in. The 2nd time I came in I just didn’t use my card, but service was friendly as I was picking something up, however I wasn’t made aware that if I used my debit card that I’d be charged a fee because they ran it as an atm transaction. They did give me $1 back on that. However, had I known it was being ran as an atm transaction I would’ve used a different card so I don’t have to pay $5.00 extra between the fees charged by the dispensary and the bank. My 3rd and final time I was able to get my med card on file and placed an order at the kiosk. My total came to 22.00 and some change. When I went to the counter to pick up my order everything was great. But the music was extremely loud and I’m hard of hearing so I didn’t hear the total. I assumed it was the same as what was shown at the kiosk. It was not, on my bank account it showed 24.00. I used dutchie pay. While the location is super convenient being near my house, I will be going to green light like usual. Also I’m super confused why customers are being charged an additional tax simply because the store is located in wats mill shopping center.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about products and specials they are running, and if you’re not sure just ask they always give great recommendations.

I’ve been to other dispensaries, Green Light in particular, but I enjoy From the Earth more. There’s more deals, a lot of options and the employees always give off a great vibe every time I’ve been in. They are knowledgeable about their products and making sure you get what you’re looking for. Overall, From the Earth is a great place to shop, whether it’s in store or online pick ups.

My favorite dispo by far!! I’ve had a medical card since 2022 and have shopped at Greenlight, Releaf, Fresh Green & more, but this is the spot I recommend. Great team members that are always very friendly! Their state line location is right by me and I’m so glad they opened up. The deals compare to others especially if you use their rewards program. Check them out!!!

I absolutely LOVE From The Earth dispensaries, and the State Line location is never a disappointment! They are ALWAYS so helpful and know what to try to help with my pain and what would work with my needs as well as my flavor likes and dislikes! They listen to you as a person too, not just like a source of money that they don't see as human!

I'd like to see more deals on concentrates. I've noticed that from the earth is way more closer to me than the other dispensaries and it's so much more convenient. I'd love to keep continuing you come up to this location as well if the concentrates are more variety! :)

The service here is 10/10. I’ve never had issues and the prices on the products are either on par with other locations or have deals going on!

Everyone is very welcoming from the guard at the door to the front desk reception. They are so knowledgeable inside and even using the self service , the staff comes and answers questions. So friendly! Great array of product choices!
