You have a staff of gold, who are the face of your business, and represent you in such a great fashion! You have a top notch team of employees, who bring people back! Everyone is so friendly with a smile and helpful with a great attitude!
You should be so proud of each and every one of them, as I would be, with a team, like them! I would hope you show gratitude to all of your employees. Acknowledgment and incentives go a long way, when it comes to keeping great people!
I do want to give a special, "SHOUT OUT to PARKER!!"
He went over and beyond, when I went to pick up an order, placed on the internet, but apparently didn't go through. One of the items that showed, "in stock," was actually, "out of stock." Honestly, I'm very "illiterate," in this industry, but very knowledgeable when it comes to exceptional customer service. I had no clue, what to substitute the "out of stock" item, in its place. He offered so many suggestions and was extremely knowledgeable on every one of them. Not to mention, he had so much patience, with such an upbeat attitude! He was very apologetic about the online order, (even though he had nothing to do with it), and took care of everything! Most importantly, I left the store without feeling stupid! In fact, I made a suggestion on your beanies, especially with winter here. He agreed with me, and said he was definitely going to pass it forward. I told him, that I get the very first one, (with out charge, of course, Lol). So, again, "Thank you, Parker!"
On a side note: Could you please consider "lighting up" your enter/exit driveway at night? It is very difficult to see, on such a dark road, facing oncoming interstate headlights, and even worse with a car waiting for you to turn in, so they can turn out!
