My experience here at GDF was wonderful. In fact coming from the Lone Star state, I thought about going to Green Light but came here instead and I’m so happy that I did. From the front to the back, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Shawn was spot on with helping me make the best choices and answering all my questions. I went with Codes Sativa. I will be back and highly recommend this place.

Bought 3 1/8ths on their 25% off GDF flower (Lemon Slushie) sale for the Holidaze. Got 2 1/8ths and a partial 1.3 eighth for my 3rd. I have called every single day since this happened..left messages on their machine(because they screen the messages and choose whether they wanna respond) This is the reason i will now shop at Blue Sage "Deli Style" store. Deli style keeps this type of crap from happening. I guarantee it was an employee because the sticker was peeled carefully so it could restick and my sealed container in fact was not sealed when i took the lid off. Will not waste gas to waste more money on this place .. Now i go to Blue Sage where u can look smell feel and see exactly what u r buying such a relief. This ppl have not contacted me back and i have left 3-4 messages in 3-4 days.. Horrible service.

Amazing customer service. I have been going there for over a year, and there have been ZERO issues with customer service. All the employees are great. Missouri is not known for its great deals, but GDF has outstanding sales every day to help keep it cheap.

Second time they have been out of a product even though it is still showing in stock on leafy. Drove too far to not get what i want. Last time i come here

no ac in waiting area was insane, and no low income/med patient discount, so far can't get it to let me sign up for loyalty rewards, AND I was just there for the first time and didn't receive 1st time discount either.. and actually was rushed, especially if you realize the site doesn't seem to show half of what I saw in the store as he was scrolling through inventory. but discounts are the main deal... and I didn't get it

Online ordering was very convenient. The staff was friendly, but when I place an order then went in for the pick up the price changed. I was told the discount is only for patients. Why is this not stated before check out? I will most definitely take my business elsewhere. Missouri made Marijuana is at the top of my list! Good luck to all other that fall for the trickery!

Cashiers are incredibly rude and act snobbish. Don’t bother tipping because they will just laugh at you and make jokes as you leave. Good product but horrible service every visit I have made.

Very nice place, friendly staff.

I really enjoy coming here. The environment is relaxed and the bud tenders are super knowledgeable. Like they actually use know the specific strains knowledgeable. They have really great in house products; Cookies and cream, Gelato #42, Double Cross. I could go on lol. This has become my go to dispensary in town and I always ask for Angie. She never fails to get me the best kind that works for me and knows a ridiculous amount.

Prices are rather high and selection is low compared to other dispensaries in the area

My bud tender Reana got me in and out on a busy day and was super helpful along the way!!!

During my visit the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the products Shango was showcasing. Shango’s atmosphere is sleek and modern, yet very relaxed, and the Budtender walks the gallery-like sales floor with you, which provides a more focused, and personal experience. I purchased some flower by Illicit, and a 5 pack of pre-rolls by Clover from Shango, both items are of very good quality, and are quite effective. I will most definitely shop at Joplin Shango again, and will be sure to spread the good word that is SHANGO!!!
