All the budtenders that were good at listening and helping are gone. The ones there now do not listen or try to help. They just sell you whatever. Not good when it’s for medical purposes. The manager I dealt with seemed as if he didn’t care how my experience was or if I ever came back. No bueno. This place is not the only dispensary around

Can say it’s always a positive experience. Great bud tenders and amazing variety of products. Must visit this location. The take care of there patrons.

After receiving multiple texts and emails stating my order was ready I drove about 25 minutes to get my order to find out it wasn’t there nor did or would they honor the prices posted on their site. Bud tender was very apologetic yet what seemed to be the manager was rude and very dismissive and talked down to me….. cashed in my 20% off we miss you voucher (wonder why you miss me?) definitely not happy or pleased

Terrible place and service. Go elsewhere. They advertise a 25% medical discount on thrusdays, you go in and they try to tell you everything is already discounted and they refused to give the 25%. Wasted my gas, money, and time. Insulting. Same price and brand at other dispensarys and your site shows no discount. But rude curly hair manager didn't care. Won't be back.

I have visited one other dispensary, yet there’s no comparison; Stairway Cannabis has THE friendliest receptionsists/bud-tenders so I won’t be visiting anywhere else…I would like to suggest ya’ll get some grey tee shirts printed, Men’s Large to be exact—THEN I’ll buy one

Unfortunately they were fresh out of the flower I had ordered, BUT just 3-4 mins after placing my order via Leafly, the dispensary called to inform me of the situation. Needless to say, I was STOKED that they care enough to pick up the phone and let me know as soon as they discovered this out. The gal that called me asked if I had something else that I would like to order and was ready to do so. I replied that I'd like to take another look at the menu and see what turned on my girl and I and of course we found an alternative. Best dispensary in Branson or anywhere around by far! Incredible quality products with a wide variety of options for anything you could possibly need or want. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff are super welcoming every time you walk in…. I’ve had a ton of questions about strains and products because I have to be extremely careful due to my anxiety/ptsd and every time I have any questions they go above and beyond to help me. The shop is super laid back with a great vibe and they have some really cool art murals and paintings on the walls. I love to tell people I meet or people I know about Stairway, how much they have helped me and how fabulous they are, I will be a loyal lifelong customer! 13/10 🌟

amazing staff... they know their strains and are willing to find a match for you. plus, it's just in a great location! don't park in the wash house parking lot. You'll get towed! selection is amazing, so many suppliers they always have something new. They also take care of their original medical customers. Medical have line priority, so come in with the mentality you might be a minute

Everything is pretty much perfect,priced good and everyone is friendly. Point system is nice, currently having issues with my points and they've been accommodating. They don't make you feel like an asshole for being the first person in the door. Skip GDF in Independence and the other dispensary down the road from Stairway. Would say quality over quantity but they have both. If my points could get resolved I'd bump service to 5 stars,that's the only reason I left the point of,really should be 4.5 to be honest rather than 4.

My vape new was missing 25% or more . Very disappointed.

This right here is my favorite dispensary. Hands down give them all the titles. Great atmosphere, great staff, great product. Staff always points me in the right direction and are always helpful. Best dispensary in the area.

I live going in here, they have awesome staff and great deals!! They are one of my faves in the area and will always recommend them! I advertise for them each time i wear my stair way shirt. The 420 give aways were awesome!

The place is noisy….. a lot for those with Ptsd in which they can get triggered. This did not start until they legalized it. The manager Austin is awesome. Deniesha (spelling?) is awesome as well. Tera the original red haired girl is awesome too. I refuse to go anywhere else. They do awesome business. I recommend this place for best customer service as well.

Love it here! Best prices in all neighboring towns! The folks here are kind, helpful and fast. The showroom checkout lines are pretty organized and they keep lines moving. Check in/lobby is clean, with a couch and some chairs that are very comfortable. Step loud and climb high!💨
