Checked out one of their gummy deals listed on here. Decided to ask them about it in the store when I picked up my order, and they were super helpful.

I've started ordering on line lately, but today did not go as well as I wanted. I ordered 2 1/8 oz at 29+%. I know the bud tender was trying to save me some money by selling me a 1/4 oz of the same name. The problem is the 1/4 oz is only 24+%. I learned something very important today.

For starters the staff was very rude. Then even though I have a medical card which should allow me to be able go ahead of the line of rec patients. I was informed by a budtender that immediately bowed up to me when confronting the issue, that they do not have to oblige by that rule if they do not wish to. So I proceeded to ask why the signage is still there he then started to bad mouth me to his coworkers. Horribly unprofessional atmosphere and a complete downfall of the storefront it was when it first opened. Then the cherry on top there is ALWAYS an excuse as to why a deal that they advertise can not be applied. Go anywhere else!

I've been to 5 different dispensaries and I've found that Greenlight is the best in Independence, MO. They haves sales that you don't get much of at the others. They also have discounts for various things including bringing back the bag from your previous purchase for a 5% discount on your purchase. I'm not aware or wasn't offered anything like these from the others. Their prices are at the least the same as other dispensaries but in some cases they are a lower price for the same item elsewhere

This used to be my favorite location but they renovated and changed the flow of everything and now every time I go in there’s at least a 15 minute wait. Seems like the expansion really hurt efficiency.

Louver all these folks. My peeps from the beginning. Good stuff with good prices. Some reviews are bad but why let one bad time or moment spoil your own personal experience? I've had really rude and actually aggressive service from other dispensaries but this place always satisfies. It's like my second home. I joke about working there but might as well. Not sure who else has experience this but these clowns charged my debit card like i used an atm there. 3.00 charge and a 250 charge. what a joke this place is. Very unprofessional practices. And as for the staff...... well for working at a place that sells herb you would think they would be kinder and happier..... smoke some of the herb you sell take a chill. You are not special cause you work there. Place has a tense atmosphere.... at least the day i was there. 2 out of 10 overall grade. Highly recommend you find a more professional place

I'm happy about rec, but you could have made arrangements for pick up window, or someone to handle online orders, maybe a line for medical patients that can't stand for long periods. Way to ignore your regular clients. I am a Legacy Member, a regular client, and did an online order. Yesterday they told me they would hold the order in Independence, and I could get in at 10am this morning.... once again the lines are long with no accommodations for disabled people, pick-up window for online orders, etc. There are a lot of ways you could help your loyal clients, but you chose not to. Cancel my order. You obviously don't need my $300, and I can't physically stand in those lines. guess we know where your medical patients stand... More money in rec....

Greenlight light is the Hotspot Dispensary around they have the most amazing Bud tenders and Security guards they are always making sure your needs are met when you leave they really know their job and treat you with respect I Love you Greenlight keep up all your hard work and thank you

Vivid hash rosin is absolute trash. Horrible quality. Terrible consistency and not a good taste. One of the worst concentrates I've ever had and it's ridiculously expensive.

if you are a consumer of marijuana products and you live in Missouri with your license, likely you've heard of green light and for good reason. I have visited a number of other chain locations and have been oppressed with their service above All Else, a wide variety of selection, and competitive pricing though more often than not, I find their distributors being the ones raising prices on them here lately. if you are a frequenter of the dispensaries as I am, I get around to all the different dispensaries and openly tell each and every one of them as this only helps maintain a competitiveness between chains and the best service and price I can find at my local nearby dispensaries. Greenlight is very open, welcoming, with staff that don't push you or rush you, thank goodness as I tend to talk and speak a lot about learning different things about marijuana! Greenlight's selection is largely dictated by its own supply distribution and which they maintain a competitive pricing selection, along with my favorite distributor, Flora. Yes, they have illicit & proper as many others do, (but I know myself and many others who purchase them just don't even look at companies and their ludicrous prices.) All in all this review is not just for the independence south location but for the company as a whole as I have visited most all of its location, wow many dispensaries transition and rotate staff across different locations as they have been opening locations so no matter which green light you go to, I'm sure you will receive the same Services I do, professional friendly and worthy of your purchase and business.
