only didn’t like the bright lights, otherwise loved everything about this place. the people are cool, the selection is big, and the flower (so far i’ve only tried 2) has been great quality!! loved rachel so much!! the other guy who helped us was sebastian i think? anyway. they’re my new spot now!!!

This is by far the best THC store in Austin, the entire staff here is by far the most friendly and most knowledgeable staff in Austin. This store is tucked away jn a quiet south Austin neighborhood with a bar conveniently located next door. I could not say enough great things about the folks that work here. They take great pride in customer service, remember your name and remember what strains you prefer. Cat will take the time to make sure you leave with a smile on yiur face!

Yesterday I picked up flower and a 510 cart.
Loved the flower as usual but the cart wasn’t for me.
Spoke to the mgr James who had me come back and swap out for a new product for free.
He then gives me a larger cart with premium oil that clearly would’ve cost more.
He hooked me up happily and for that I’ll only shop at this dispo fr. The dude is Salt of the earth imo. This location legit cares about the Austin locals here. Love these dudes!

I've been a fan of Gruene Botanicals for the past two years. They have the best prices all around, the best service and knowledgeable staff who are passionate about what they do.
I'm ecstatic to see that they are branching out since I travel for work between San Antonio in Austin.
Gruene Botanicals ensures that I never run dry and I highly recommend dropping by for the beauty of their shops alone.

This place has GOT to be hands down the most quality controlled smoke shop I've ever been too! So clean, the vibes are nice and I never thought I'd see this level of professionalism in an environment like this. I never felt so welcomed and excited to see what new strains they might have, shiiii- Ima go today and see what ELSE they have! It's been years since I got my hands on some "Secret Cookies" and the strain from this place was Top Notch! Bud was not crunchy or dry, broke down very nice and very fluffy. Something these other THC-A brands should take a note of.

I have only tried a few of their CBD Gummies, Pear & Açaí Blueberry & a Hybrid Pre-Roll so far, but they did manage to convince me to switch who I purchase from so far to save some money which is great in itself. They also have some of my favorite flavors like Wedding Cake. I plan on definitely trying more of their products. I’m interested in getting to experience more of what they have to offer. So far I am convinced enough to giving them my business. Still waiting for more friendly products for diabetics in the edibles, but I’m happy to have visited them just to check them out. It is super convenient location, plenty of free parking available, next to one of my all time favorite hair salons for the past 20 years. & it’s quaint & has a great store set up.
