Hello High Dispensary

I drive from Smithville past half a dozen other closer dispensaries to this place, which is a review itself. I'm down bad and struggling to find work and this place is one of the only places that also cater to us broke folk with their $20 1/8ths. Even a few to choose from rather than one same kind. I get to bougie up my smoking experience on a very tight budget. Staff is always great, lightning quick service, a rewards program(a big one for me) and excellent, quality strains for a price I can easily handle. Can't be without my medicine and this place makes it possible. Atmosphere is a little stuffy at times, more of a bank lobby but hey I'm buying weed legally 9 miles from my home. There's zero complaints.

I get delivery all the time and my last order I got a preroll that ended up to be a empty tube so I called and was told I would get a free preroll ok cool, so I called on my next order to make sure I got it and I guess I got it but I still got charged for the preroll it was only 1¢ but tell me how that’s free I still had to pay for something?

I have been here twice now and I have to say that the staff is very friendly and helpful the products are priced fairly reasonable and I will definitely be coming back!

Delivary is slow, no communication unless you call them directly about your order, no proper updates on order time, and no driver location to see where your order is. If people had time to go to the dispo instead of ordering they would. Some people use delivary when they don’t have time. I order the day before for my order between the times 10:00am and 12:00pm, and twice they’ve pushed back my order to 12:30pm, and now 1:30pm. If it is not first come first served policy for delivary then expect to receive less tips for delivary when it is this late. Sorry but not sorry. I’m frustrated since I now have to push back my appointment at 1:15 because I need to be physically there with my ID for whenever my driver decides to show up without any warning or way of knowing how long it is until he arrives at my destination without having to call directly to the store. The product is good and people are good though, so I would recommend going to the store if you live close by.

Overall friendly service they really put you first when making decisions -repeat customer

I ended up spending almost 200 dollars on 7 grams of weed because whatever distributor they're getting it from doesn't package all of their weed correctly. When I told them that I clearly got 3.5oz in two 7oz bags (I even measured it with a scale) the woman on the phone rudely told me that "We have no control over what we sell you, and if the distributor is putting in the wrong amount there's nothing we can do. No, we don't scale our products, it'd be impossible to weigh them all". They obviously don't care since they got their money. They refused to give me what I was owed, refused to refund me the difference, and didn't seem to care. They didn't bother trying and I will never be buying from these scammers again.

very good service, but they do not deliver at the agreed time. After placing the order they take a long time to deliver, and there is no option to cancel the order.

Been shopping here for over a year.. the prices just aren't worth it anymore. Even with their deals, 20 dollars off a 150 minimum delivery is still adding over 20 dollars in taxes anyway so what's the point? Also got screwed out of an order because they don't properly update the deals on time. Done with dispensaries!

I like everything about the service, efficient, informative and easy. For those idiots complaining about a little delay in time of delivery, get in your car and drive yourself there ! It’s called traffic!

I’ve been medical for ten years. The State had just changed to a new system there was a hold up on my renewal..So I saw them building this place on the Black Horse Pike driving up to my moms. It’s called Hello High it’s rec only but I was in a pinch. It’s a small space but everything goes quickly especially when you preorder. They have had a lot of good deals so I didn’t feel like i had overpaid because I was waiting on medical renewal card. If you are out that way it’s worth it to stop in l, very plnice staff Karen E

Hello High Hammonton: Aggressive management staff, packages short on product (shady), orders late 50% of time, personal information not kept personal.

Amazing delivery service

I waited around for six hours, they never showed. I messaged multiple times . The status went from received to preparing and at 845pm they cancelled it. If they didnt think the $100 was enough to drive from hammonton to voorhees they could have just notified me.

Awesome dispensary with large selections of products to choose from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery service is great awesome when I don’t want to leave my house. The delivery service is very reliable and faster than Amazon.
