High Profile - Saint Robert (MED and REC)

Company doesn't care about it's employees or customers and it shows! Turnover is so high that there are never knowledgeable budtenders when you go in. The sales aren't even really sales it's just the same old "daily deals" repackaged and presented on a sale flyer. They have a big selection but their house brands (Cloud Cover, Galactic, Platinum) are all mid at best. Definitely check your receipt every time you purchase because they will remove the discounts owed to you and charge you regular price on sale items. Definitely worth it to drive 30 minutes to a different dispensary!

Everyone is always nice and helpful. It’s a pretty chill environment and always feel comfortable coming in there.

I placed my order online as a new customer. The process was simple and I was updated each step of the way. When I went in for pickup, I was greeting with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff eager to answer any questions. The young woman helping knew the products well, listened to my specific requests and paired me with the appropriate products that exceeded expectations. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

Worth the drive from Lebanon, especially when the only dispensary here is ran by some fascist lesbian with a hatred for animals and men in general. Thanks.

They have some good bud, unfortunately it was probably really good at harvest, now it's kind of dry.

Prices are higher than other dispensaries in the area and a lot of it is old dry product that's been sitting around in lidless containers. Budtenders are very friendly and knowledgeable, service is excellent, environment is wonderful, just the prices and quality are not there.

Awesome, super helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The place is always clean and everyone seems like they’re actually happy to work there. I’m never there long, they’re pretty fast at getting people through. I won’t go to any other dispensary in the area.

100% satisfaction in all areas and categories. Exceptional budtenders who are patient, knowledgeable, and… kind. Their system for pick up is already quick and efficient and I understand they’re going to have drive thru capability soon.

Everytime I have came to this place they have always been helpful and patient even when I could hardly walk. Beautiful people and definitely willing to help find what you need without rushing.

I think educating our budtenders on strains, flowers, vaporizers, concentrates, etc. Can help them help the customers. Also help them understand what level you are going for based on pain level.

Best menu I have seen, clean place with outstanding employees who know what there talking about best service of any shops in mo. This is definitely the place you want to shop!

I’ve been around, and I love this one. Simple, in and out, friendly, helpful, great deals and specials, it’s perfect for me at least, I don’t like crowded and although there’s always customers in and out, it’s not anxiety busy if I’m making any sense. I give them 5stars all around. :)
