Why are your concentrates made with hemp....What is wrong with this place? They sell female flower but sell hemp concentrates. Make that make sense!

Literally the worst dispensary I've ever been to. It's the only one in the area, which is why they will have endless business, if there is ever competition it's going to be rough for them. I was just there and got kicked out. I was waiting in line and my 75 yr old grandpa called me. The "bouncer" said we aren't allowed to be on the phone, but yet we are forced to either pay with cash or "Dutchie Pay" on our phones anyways.(MAKES SENSE) I asked the bouncer if that was actually a law, or just their store policy and his response was "We are all adults here" Pretty unprofessional instead of saying it's store policy. I chose to ask why he was being disrespectful to me and he chose to have a power trip and kick me out. I asked to speak to a manager and his response was "I am security" and no manager came out. I was asked to leave the property. I've been going to this location every 3-4 days and have spent thousands of dollars at this location, but the employees never remember who you are. So crazy how much the experience changes, when going in there, depending on which staff are working. BTW It's not posted anywhere obvious, if at all because I've never seen a notice, that you're not allowed to be on your phone. Actually just wild. I was not combative AT ALL EITHER, just words and zero yelling. So wild man. Maybe the owner wants to watch the cameras back, listen to audio and contact me?

I bought their weed tried it out did not like it to my surprise so I called them back the next day asking if I can return one of the sealed quarterbacks I still had left considering it’s so expensive .. and so when I called them back, I had asked them if I can return it and the only reason I called them was because I’m two hours away when I had called them they told me yes it’s OK to return it for a credit or cash exchange and I asked I wanted cash exchange. The guy on the phone said OK come in took me two hours, but I eventually got into the facility again asked for a refund just for Mr. supervisor to tell me there’s no such thing as a refund and I can’t get a refund … this is not what a friendly dispensary would do and I definitely feel disgusted by how I was treated … Do not bring your business to this service go somewhere else and go fund a different business

nice people, clean place but got a cart and it was an ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MY MONEY. MN generally doesn’t have good stuff as someone who’s been purchasing from New York recreational dispos. Please save your money and avoid this or any other MN dispo till they start selling good stuff, or get it from a certified plug. Don’t be desperate bro, I learnt the hard way. Maybe that’s why they tell you not to open their products on their property :)
