IMPORTANT WARNING: This location violated consumer protection laws by refusing a legitimate return. Manager denied my $30 Lookah Zero battery return using false legal claims - stating WSLCB policies prohibit returns (WAC 314-55-079 actually allows them) and claiming outsourced products remove store liability (false under RCW 62A.2-315). I've reported these violations to Washington Attorney General and WSLCB enforcement. Cannabis customers deserve compliance with state consumer protection requirements, not misleading explanations. One star until corrected.
