AYR Cannabis Dispensary - West Palm Beach

This was the worst dispensary I've been to ever. If you want a bad ordeal then go here. 1st I bought four 1/8s to get my half zip for a discount price of $12.50 an 1/8. Great deal but it gets worse, I reach home through rush hour traffic and weigh it out only to be shorted over a couple grams, mistakes happen I know but how in the hell is my pack short coming from the factory??.. When I called them and explained the situation they told me they would give me a store credit and I would be able to get my product today right?.. Wrong when I reached the store they told me that I could not get anything because my allotment was finished,in which they should have checked before giving me the wrong info, having to drive back through rush hour traffic just to have to come back the next day. Fast forward to the next day I reach the store not too long after they opened and now I can't get the same product that I bought the day before because they put the price up, even though I paid $12.50 for it,now they are trying to charge me for the extra when clearly that was their mistake or the factory they received it from, forcing me to get a product that I wasn't interested in buying, having to buy a total different type of mj they are only lucky they still had some for $12.50 that the store credit bought, cause if not or I had to pay any money,I probably would have slapped the shit out of the cashier just off reflex. The cashier seemed like he didn't want to work with me by far this was the worst experience I've had with something that is designed and put in place for your mental upliftment!!

It has become my go to dispo as its crazy cheap LLR cart is 33$ most days, g of concentrate is 20$, and their bud is exquisite.

Well the batter I bought yesterday lasted me a days cause I lost most of my hit cause it was all over the top the side and when I brought it back they said sorry we can't do nothing about it the cashier was rude and I shop there a lot and they gonna lose a lot of business if they don't fix my issues

The employee that was working with me forgot to put my pre-roll in its container. When I came back to let them know, the manager came up front with the nastiest attitude as if it was my fault. They don’t try to do anything to accommodate me. I wasn’t mad that they made a mistake, it was how they decided to handle it that was disgusting.

Just had the worst experience here. I am a cancer survivor and mmj patient and came in for some carts because they are on sale. I saw a battery that had a micro USB plug in the case and asked the guy if they had those specific batteries. He said yes of course and so I asked for 2. Once I left I looked and they were the ones that don't have the micro USB so I went back inside to try and figure out how to return them and the guy told me they can't take them back, only offerd store credit. I am on a fixed income so that doesn't really work for me and since it was 0% my fault I felt they should take them back. He gave me multiple excuses, said he couldn't see which thing I was pointing at, etc. Everything but saying he made a mistake. When he again said that he didn't see what I was asking about I asked him why he didn't look or ask me for clarification. He then said that he 'didnt like my attitude' which really was just disbelief. The other workers looked embarrassed at everything but I was still only offered store credit, the lady did also give me the display that plugged in correctly but honestly I will never be returning to this location. That man should NOT be customer facing, I literally left in tears.

Pretty horrendous products and menus are never correct. The quality of flower is much better elsewhere, so save yourself the money and time.

To no fault of the employees working in this location, I checked out on Black Friday with a shopping cart at a certain price, a price point where I was willing to give this dispensary a try even after all the negative reception it has had online, once paying I realized that I was charged full price for the product, I had made a comment about the discount while in the location and thought It had all been applied, once realizing this I call and ask if things can be rectified and was told too come back, but once arriving from another 20 min drive back was told returns aren’t done and basically nothing can be done about the incident. I am extremely upset with the way upper management handled this situation and lost a very consistent and dedicated customer for life

Very clean ,friendly and knowledgeable staff looking forward to see all strains liberty carries since they are new to this end of Palm Beach county so far I must say I'm impressed by most of their products

The manager well he makes the industry the way it should be. The prices are more than fair and do the trick. I like GPen vape products from here and the free pax battery was a bonus. Good people here and I nice clean store

Robert assisted me with my orders both visits, and he was very knowledgeable on the products available as well as what works best for me! Definitely my new favorite spot! ✊🏾💯💨

Went there today for the first time .... and I think his name was Gary I’m not too sure but he was very cool guy and helped me with some of there good flower . BLUEDREAM 🔥

My disposables pens didn’t work, they replaced it with new ones. Gary & Robert helped me out very fast.

Clean and bright location. Friendly staff that knows their cannabis. Great suggestions and variety of products.
