Concentrate leaked out due to poor packaging multiple times. Tiny, B.B. sized buds.

Very great dispensary and awesome products, but I will have to say that just like some other reviews on here I am also concerned about a great medical dispensary like this going recreational, just based on all of the other dispensaries that I have visited since they went recreational and honestly it is ruining the experience for me and a lot of other medical patients that I have spoken to. I just don't understand why there can't be a specific place just for medical and a place just for recreational. I am all for recreational, believe me, it's just that it would be so much better for everyone if it all wasn't mixed together. It can get really irritating to have to keep finding a different dispensary to visit.

First time visit and nothing but great things to be said. Friendly ppl all the way around and the bud tenders know what they're talking about when it comes to their products. BEST FLOWER out of any other dispensary in Mass and I've tried them all. Neta is definitely a close second but Liberty certainly has the BEST flower by far! Looks AMAZING! Buds are completely covered in frosty trichomes and thc crystals that make the buds look like you sprinkled sugar on them! I then broke a bud open and the smell hit me like a freight train! Pretty much tasted just as good as it looked and smelled, which is a very good sign of being a good grower and knowing how to cure it properly which Liberty has it down! The meds kicked in within the first 4 puffs, leaving me in a state of tranquility and happiness with a perma grin going on that I couldn't make stop lol! Very terpy flower which adds to its amazing looks and high as far as the entourage effects go. So a high THC doesn't mean it's a better flower. The other cannabinoids combined with the thc make or break the high almost. I've had 28%thc flower got me medicated and I felt better. I've also had 18%thc flower that kicked the 28%thc butt! Due to the right Terps in the flower that just happened to workout for me like that and knowing and feeling the difference within 4 puffs I'm still holding this thing lol! If u don't know much about terpenes and the medical qualities they pocess, you need to ask one of the friendly workers at Liberty so you can get the right flower for what's ailing you. Every different terpene helps with a different medical condition like anti-inflammatory, inflammation, muscle spasms, pain and depression and that's among the MANY conditions that certain Thc/CBD products with certain terpenes can help more than the 5 different pills your Dr has you on. It's amazing!! Did I mention they have amazing edibles as well? The flower is by far the best and looks like a work of art that you want to look at just as much as you want to smile it! Flower and ppl working there are all top notch IMO and I think her name was Zen?? That I had dealt with and I happened to be short a few dollars and instead of making me go to the bank and get charged a $3 ATM fee which is what I was short, she went ahead and put the $ in herself!! Customer service is the best going just like everything else there! I will be back for my next visit ASAP and it's DEFINITELY my new go to place for flower and information on anything I feel the need to ask. As they will do their best to accommodate and answer you to the best of their ability! So friendly and smart! Did I mention how AMAZING THE FLOWER LOOKED, TASTED AND SMELLS??!! The BEST I've EVER HAD....... That's saying a lot coming from a veteran pot connoisseur of 25 years! Best flower in the state! AMAZING

I go in here.. second time. im looking to buy a good vape pen. they are limited to just a few. place is huge by the way. but the stock is like huuhh? like they just opened yesterday. so I ask this girl how's that candy pen vape. .. meanwhile it's $140... and ive been through shit ton of vape pens.. so now im really interested in ceramic, lil high end stuff. saw reviews. all good. I ask her. hows that one. she immediately tries to sell me the 16 dollar crap one cause she has one... I'm like. so back to the kandypen... uhhmm.. is it ceramic. (which it is I found out after the fact) she says no. it's not. and basically did not want to sell me the $140 pen. what? (maybe cause she didn't know anything about it being doo young... the 16 dollar one eas good for her...) if the owner new someone was really interested in that pen... and the girl was like. no just buy this cheap one. I have one and it works great.... lol... huh? it's a crap pen and heating adjustments don't work. burnt the crap out of my oils. (which remember this shit isn't cheap!! the oils) lost that great sale. and pushed the cheese crap pen that cost 2 bucks to make. instead of the handmade high end pen. which is ceramic. . she immediately says no it's not. I mean this is in the middle of this Corona virus crap where nobody is leaving there house...the owner would be like. he wanted that and you redirected him to that? so... just saying... don't sell what you use... sell big make money. I left with the crap pen cause I was turned off on her refusing to ask someone else about the pen that I was looking to buy. I saw they had one... that's why I went there. I didn't buy it cause I thought... ok she knows nothing at all about this pen. she's young. she doesn't know the difference...I wanted the Ferrari.... she sold me a plastic toy truck. yaaaaay go liberty!!!!!

Probably my favorite dispensary to visit. They keep a selection of quality products on hand. And Yes when you see something like Durban Poison or Applejack make sure to try it. I HIGHly recommend it :) They have some of the realest staff; maintaining what the cannabis industry should be.

This place is an instant favorite. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable yet down to earth. They're happy to chat about whatever, or answer any questions you have, and they have the experience to back up their advice. The product for sale is top notch, in quality as well as in style. The accessories for sale on-site are likewise excellent. Heck, their ATM even charges lower fees than my bank's ATM! Highly recommended.

Best medicinal cannabis shop in Boston area. Staff are really friendly. The selection is always interesting. I never feel like I have to walk out with something I am not excited to try when I come home. I highly recommend it as the all around best in Boston

Liberty is one of my go-to’s... it’s always been good, but recently I think gotten even better. I was very impressed with both the flower and concentrates I got on my last visit. The service is always excellent as well- Pete has helped me out a few times and he always steers me in the right direction... he’s got great energy too, and fun to talk with. All around solid dispensary.

The worst dispensary I've been to. Customer service, prices, selection makes this dispensary not worth the trip to union sq. No parking. Go to revolutionary on Broadway or sira in Davis both way better.

Good place to go and start off,There new patient deal is killa. The product so far is been on point and fresh not dry,doesn’t turn to dust when you touch it. The staff have been great,Kinda mess up on buying something and they took me right back and made right and no problem.Def my go to spot.

open dispute local road work dependable staff rocks at this location I havent been to any other liberty location but the somerville staff rocks.always compassionate product selection is wide all types of strains avalibe from sativa to CBS and all combos in between. pax pods superior to other systems at other dispenceries I've been a patient for 4 years and this dispencery has shown they have patient best interest at heat. thank you liberty somerville for everything.

Mids , only good product from other dispensaries, bad parking , Curbside pick up a mess , bad staff , go somewhere else not worth time or money 💰

I cannot speak enough of Liberty Cannabis in Somerville. I have years of experience in customer service which makes me appreciate the staff of liberty that much more. I’ve been to many dispensaries in the state as I am a new medical patient and liberty has impressed me the most. They have samples of different products in a glass case for viewing and smelling which helped me tremendously in selection. The dispensary agent I worked with was named Kuba, and he was very helpful to me in understanding the menu and making a selection. I also had a chance to talk to the growers as they stopped by for a Q and A which I found very fascinating. Overall, I’ve found my home at liberty. I’m willing to make the 50 minute drive from my home to Somerville because this dispensary is the best in the state.

I forgot to say how AWESOME their first patient deals are!! The bad parking is so worth it for a first visit. I saved 84$ because I got a 1/4 for 1$!! No other dispensary even comes close to their deals.

Visited for the first time about 2 weeks ago and was very impressed. Great flower selection and quality, and incredible deal for first time customers. Good conversation with budtender Peter, who was very knowledgeable and had genuine discussion with me versus selling to me. Picked up Silver Kush, RudeBoi, Critical Jack, and Mendo Breath. I’m a sativa leaning guy so favored the SK and CJ, but all were quite good. Buds were well cured, and seemed very fresh; confirmed by dates (beyond the “packaged on” date) on the bottle. Was also surprised (in a good way) with the high level of CBD (2-5%) in some of the strains I got (SK & RB) that are THC focused in general. Hadn’t seen that before as usually well under 1%, unless CBD specific strains. Liked both strains, but can’t say that had anything to do with the CBD included. Wish they were closer to where I live, but will definitely be back.

Flower was very good ,well trimmed , fresh and frosty. The cartridge was on par with the best that I’ve tried in the state ,def in my top 5 . Also the discounts for the first few visits are incredible. I will be back for sure.

Let me start this post/rant by saying a bit about my self: I am a mass Med patient, long time customer of Liberty and other dispensaries in Somerville and Cambridge ( I am Sommerville based if the username wasn't obvious). u/LibertyCannabis_MA has some of if not the best product around. I love their flower options and their live sugar is one of the most effective concentrates I have tried. I say this as a fan of them and their staff, but their response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been lackluster at best and appalling at worst. I place online orders, so I can limit my time in-store/ exposure, but since the STILL ALLOW WALK-INS!!!!! I am forced to wait in the same enclosed space with others waiting as if it was august of last year and COVID never happened! I counted 8 patients in the store when I was in there last!!!! 8!!!! they do not have a big store, and this is a health risk. Many patients have compromised already, and this is just inviting the virus in. I believe they are the only dispensary n the sate still allowing walk-ins. I can not imagine the revenue they make off of walk-ins is worth the risk. I may be the minority here, and I may be shouting into a void, but this is serious, and I just wanted to let others know the lack of response I have noticed from a company I have loved in the past. - A concerned Patient
