They are nice if you’re spending money there. If you aren’t spending money, they don’t want you there. Customer service is essential at all times for a successful business and good reputation. Treat all your patients well, even when they aren’t currently spending money!! You never know who you’re speaking to and what business they can bring to you. Just words of advice.
