Matawana

This seems to be the only place I can get Ruby’s Doobies (Ruby Farms) which are my jam because they are beautiful. They also carry Jetty which I love and have a hard time finding. Other than that, I find this place to be the equivalent of any other legal dispensary, except they do have a rewards program, text me deals and seem to often have little prizes and promos available.

It was clean, friendly environment and the Budtenders were nice and knowledgeable. Great background music too

Until they fix their management issue, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. Hmmm... I would like to first say that the employees here have been great. I like talking to them, they are knowledgeable and real. The manager has been rather nice to me. HOWEVER, there has been a lot of turnover and probing a bit further, the experience sounds like working for a hellish retail job like Gamestop or something. "Oh you had a relative that died? Well if you leave, don't expect that you will still have a job when you get back." Or another favorite: "Oh, you asked and gave management a very early notice of about seven or eight months that you will be going to visit family for the holidays? Well too bad. You have to work regardless of whether you have paid for a ticket to fly." The more I type this the more angry I get. I will be letting other customers know that this is how this place runs and until they stop being buttholes to employees I will be limiting how often I visit until there are some changes made. I will not tolerate employees being called "peasants" by management. Oh and this is one of the only dispensaries I've noticed that nickel and dimes people with change. Other places round to the nearest quarter. Oh and one more thing: they have promised a rewards/point system, but I guess they are not doing that or haven't had the right people to implement one.

Great staff and really cool shop. Got helped by 2 young ladies who were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I was stoned when I came in. Babbling idiot I’m sure. Highly recommend!!!

Best dispensary experience I’ve had yet for the legal ones. Staff is what makes that place great - so friendly and helpful and they actually seem like they know what they are talking about. They let me stoner ramble to them trying to figure out what to buy and for that, I appreciate them. One love.

The employees took the time to listen and suggested items for body pains. Such a great shopping experience,
