I have come twice to buy. First was walk-in, placed order and stood to side for almost half hour. Then said I would leave, suddenly order ready. Preorder tonight, show up half hour after ordering, not ready. Now im in for coming on an hour. Meanwhile customers walk in and out. Whats the point? Complete waste of time. Be prepared to invest almost an hour to buy a quarter.

I came in for the first time as an out-of-state medical patient. The man working the door (an older gentleman, didn’t catch his name) was quick and kind with getting all my papers together. I felt welcome immediately. My budtender, Kristian, was extremely warm and funny. Also very knowledgeable about all the sales and the products; I asked for her recommendations and she delivered perfectly, leaving me beyond satisfied. The vibe of the whole place is immaculate, everyone chill and really kind. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my 2nd delivery and it went very well. Hunter (my bud tender) dropped of my delivery and he was so sweet. He put a smile on my face ( usual small talk and the weather) but in a flirty way and I didn't mind that at all!

What brought me to this review was the absolutely stunning customer service skills of our delivery driver, and bud tender Melissa. She was very kind and definitely in my opinion gone above and beyond that of just customer service!

Mother Earth has high quality products, good selection. I’m a medical cannabis customer and generally get my purchases delivered and Melissa is a great delivery person - so nice!

Candice was very pleasant from beginning to end. She was quick to bring me my order and I was in and out in no time. She had a wonderful personality and I’ll definitely be back.

Coming from DC, where I still have to hop into someone's car and watch for cops (despite it being legal), going to this store was a welcome change of pace. Morgana was a great budtender and super helpful, pulling up past orders and assisting my mother as she got new stuff. I will be coming back here for sure when I am out of shatter!

Chloe is one of the best dispensary clerks I've had the privilege of doing business with. Attractive and sweet as pie but keeps it real and professional. Thorough, polite, makes you feel like you matter, and I always leave with a smile after paying at her register.
