MÜV - Pensacola

The employees are super friendly and helpful… One big problem I do have with this place is that they close before time stated. It shows it closes at 6 on Sundays, got there at 5 and it was closed. So I’ve wasted gas twice for them being closed at earlier times. I’m wondering if there system is still set up for before the time change… I only rated a one star because of the store closing early…

This location has a chill atmosphere, and the staff give off cool vibes. Professional and friendly customer service. Rashan especially was helpful, efficient, and proficient in adjusting My pickup order. They were super busy, but even then I was in-and-out in a timely manner. Product availability, variety, prices, deals, and sales are always good at MÜV! Thanks for the pleasant experience! Of course I'll be back...I would enjoy being a part of the team too!... 😉

I have been a loyal Customer for many years and today I am Done. Customer service has always been above and beyond but when I opened my flower today it was so Dry it turned to dust when I picked it up. Called the main office since you cannot call The actual store and they basically said nothing. They didn’t care. I have never, not once been treated like crap. Customer service was always good but apparently they no longer care about the quality or their customer service. The Pensacola staff are always nice and I don’t blame them. I blame the company for Selling such crap! 50.00 for two bugs that are unusable.

in the office was a great visit. the quality was not the best experience for me. Felt as though the herb itself was dry and old. the vape pens you can get there don't last nearly as long as other places. they also looked way smaller than other brands. overall, if you want some where to learn about their strains it's a great place. but the quality was just too poor for a good review. not good for people who are experienced and or new to the marijuana club. great place. terrible price and felt I was left with less.

Jade was my Cannabis Advisor and was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. It was a pleasure speaking with her and truly appreciate her time and all of her help. She is a true asset to MUV.

Pensacola MUV- you couldn't ask for a kinder-more professional group of folks anywhere on the gulf coast. Top shelf products and ready to answer any and all questions. This is the first place you should go to get what you need!

This place has the best customer service and the employees are extremely knowledgeable. The only downside is if you make an order and need curbside pick up, you have to call a 1800 number get put on hold forever to have someone come out to your vehicle. It is not efficient at all. The product is also worth the price.

This was my first visit to Muv and it was wonderful! From Tessa at the front desk to Jen helping me in the back, great experience! Jen was by far the most educational bud tender I have ever had. The manager (can't remember name brown hair and beard 8/15) even came over and was helpful. With all the issues dispensary related here, it was great to find people who seemed to actually care about the patient and not just the job.

Upon my first visit today, the staff were extremely welcoming - first name basis kind of welcoming (not me, but I overheard the patrons/employees clearly have an awesome rapport). Very knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel right at home! Best off all...Blueberry :) I soon will be a regular fellow patron. Can't say enough about good things about my first visit..

Awesome customer service everyone has a smile and is very knowledgeable. MUV also has a very calm environment. As for their products id also give 5 out of 5. They always have a wide range of what ever you would want.

My first visit was great staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. And it was a very personable experience so had to give a 5 star rating.

This was my first time at this location. Even with 5 other people waiting ahead of me I was still in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff were super helpful and friendly. This was the only dispensary near me with multiple RSO and distillate options. Will definitely be back.

the staff the quality the showroom of everything is absolute a1 the parking lot especially is cool to me because they're parking blocks happen to match the building I think it was a genius idea for curb appeal

I just want to say how amazing this dispensary is. the staff is so welcoming and nice, you almost feel as if you are at a doctor's office. very clean and well put together. They are very helpful and nice. this place is my go too! great flower and products!

Best place hands down. The ladies in there are so wonderful and nice. My first day going in there was last week and when I get back in town they will be getting my money again lol. Great place and a wonderful atmosphere

MUV RSO is the bomb. Just don’t even waste your money with the others! Strain specific is the way to go. The managers do know the products very well.
