I disliked how personal it's Not. Most will allow you to see it B4 they label personal information on a MISTAKE THEY MADE!! I know you can take labels off when it's NOTwhat customers asked for.

Decent menu, great people and service however the facility is lacking. Its like your walking into a crammed parts store for electrical parts. Big buzz kill on that point but I've been to a lot of dispensaries across the US and NEA Spectrum needs a remodel quick to feel more inviting.

Everybody is so helpful and educated on what you need. It feels like a safe place. I’m not afraid to go by myself

Good products and great service

Staff are knowledgeable and very personable. Yes, it does take a little more time but each budtender makes sure you have the strain you need for your individual concerns & conditions. Price is on point. If it weren't for the taxes the STATE OF ARKANSAS REQUIRES THEM TO ADD ON, you would be paying street prices. Example: 3.5 grams (1/8) of LOUD (bc that's the quality bud you get) costs $40 on the street. The additional $12 is well worth your money and time bc you know what you're getting. I love my hometown dispensary. I love the people. I love the place.

Excellent customer service

I'm a returning customer. I really like the internet order option. Even though it was sold out when I got there. My product was safe and sound because of this. Would definitely recommend. And will be returning.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good medicine except for the flower from Osage Creek Cultivation is light on the scales due to Not over weighing it for curing and trimming is poor and frankly just it’s just not that great of quality. Stick with the NSM cultivation products. And... GET THESE PRICES DOWN(and possibly rid of Osage) Insanely over price atm

Amazing customer service and products

the only thing I can complain about. is they are the most expensive I've been to. literally everything else is great! I hope to see that issue fixed as they continue to serve NEA

there is no working phone number listed an the web sites are never updated but prices are on par with everyone else selection is ok an taxes are included so its easier to figure out what your spending

Have been twice since they open and have had excellent experience both times they will be my dispensary ... and would recommend them to anyone !
