Nirvana - Elyria (Med/Non-Med)

I was recently there because I have just been diagnosed with leukemia and I was told it might help ease some of my pain that I have after chemo when I went in the two front people were just talking and I was a little lost little confused it seemed like nobody wanted to help then a girl came from behind the counter on the other side who was sitting over alone and asked me if she could help me and she was wonderful her name was either Hannah or Savannah but she was amazing she helped me find things to help me she knew a lot about her different types of product and that what she felt might help me the best with my pain she showed me where I could sit down and I waited to be called to pay for my product when I got up to the counter the girl that waited on me obviously didn't want to be there and was very rude with me her name was Ileana I think but she was very rude and somebody needs to teach her how to do customer service

I absolutely love Nirvana! I’ve been a regular since December. They have a wide variety of products as well as friendly, knowledgeable staff! The staff is the reason I love going so much. They’re extremely kind and really care about their clients.

Saw it on the news the other day and called they were all amazing helped with lots of questions and smiles everywhere Wonderful experience
