Wow! Once again my experience at Flora Farms dispensary in Springfield MO was top notch. My husband and I are greeted with a smile and hello. Heather waited on us today and she was fantastic!! She was knowledgeable and super helpful. The options and deals she showed us made making our choices a lot easier!! Thanks Heather!! Hope to see you again soon!!

First visit while in state. Cylin was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations based on terpenes not percentage rates. Definitely recommend the proper cannabis selection butterwolf that was recommended as well.

I don't usually give full marks because if you are perfect you have no way to go up or improve. However I gave Heather great marks for she was very helpful to new patrons. This store deserves accolades aplenty.

Josh and the team are absolutely amazing! From the time you check in to the time you’re leaving this team, these people, the entire store are amazing!!! I always enjoy going in - especially if I see Josh standing there waiting!! I love each of them and they have truly recognized when my PTSD is at a high and when I’m just coming in for some anxiety relief! They are always upfront and it’s me about what they think might work and what they know for a fact won’t for my personal experience! They don’t treat you like a customer, they treat you like family like you belong there like you’ve been their smoke buddy for years or something! I just love love love this crew! Again if I don’t see you all by the holidays, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

I’ve been in a couple of times and each time has been amazing! Every single staff member is polite and helpful. Fast service. Bud tenders are very knowledgeable on the selection; perfect recommendations on whatever your need is! Hours are convenient, every weekday from 10-7. Pricing is average, wouldn’t consider it overpriced. Quality products! Would recommend stopping by and checking them out!

Since day 1 med pts were bread and butter not anymore we are definitely pushed aside. I understand that rec is HUGE , yet I’m turned off sitting in drive thru for an hour, I’m also turned off by online orders this co used to reply we used to get a confirmation at the very least . I know we are not anymore important than anyone else . The logistics of how this store handles pre orders/ is just silly and useless if you can lolly around and do all the shopping in drive thru. It’s clear the tenders are exhausted dr thru should be for pick up only . My last two times were awful - drive thru pick up line wrapped around the building 30 min wait , picking up preorder the next time 62 min drive thru wait both times tenders were rude and one wouldn’t even speak he just stared at me , the other she just walked off before I even got my product I was telling her thanks and I look up & she was long long gone , wow they hate us - Better places to go folks Once the number one place to go But tenders are rude and maybe overworked who knows . No I do not recommend

Route 66's dispensary's difference is in the people. Lana made a huge difference in my learning curve. I was treated with respect and all my dumb questions were patiently answered. I was offered some different choices I did not know were available. Quality products. All the goodies. No hassle.

What I like about this place is that they don't only carry Flora Farms like everybody else in a 200 mile radius they have something more to choose from prices are reasonable they all run pretty much the same everyone is friendly and kind they have gone out of their way for me in fact today I would recommend highly and I've been to most of them I've driven Cassville st-louis Nixa Springfield Ozark humansville so highly recommended thank you all
